Financing Your Child's Dental Needs

Fees

The fees associated with our pediatric dentistry specialty services are based on the up to date Ontario Pediatric Dentist Specialty Fee Guide, which is the industry standard.

Payment Policy

The treatments we offer as well as the financial agreements we provide our patients and their families are specifically targeted and catered to the individual needs of our patient's families.
We do our absolute best to ensure that we can minimize the costs of adequate dental care for your children to the very best of our ability. By reducing the billing costs, this is a tremendous help for us in attempting to minimize any increases in fees. Due to this, the payment for services offered to our patients are expected when services is offered; we do however, often allow for other payment arrangements to be in place if they have been coordinated in advance.
We currently accept the follow methods of payment:
  • Cash
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Certified cheques
  • Money order
At this time, we do not accept personal cheques.
Insurance Coverage

Your insurance policy is a contract that is between you and your insurance company. Do keep in mind that you are responsible for making payment for your child's dental treatments. It is important to note that no insurance company is able to offer to cover all dental costs incurred, even the insurance companies that offer “full pay” plans. It is entirely your responsibility to pay any associated deductibles, co-insurance and balances not covered by your insurance.
As a general rule, we do not accept direct payment (also referred to as assignment) from your insurance provider. We are more than happy to work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for the procedures that are covered by your insurance policy. Kindly bring your insurance information with you on your child's consultation so that we can speedily process your reimbursement for you.
Government Assistance Programmes

Patients that are covered under Government Assistance Programs such as CINOT, Ontario Works, ODSP, Children’s Aid, etc., are only accepted by dentist referral. Please be sure that you bring all necessary current documentation with you to your dental appointment.
Your child’s oral health is of utmost importance to us. Our financial coordinator will be happy to assist you with any financial and payment concerns. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us: http://www.woodbridgekids.com/contact/
